NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Construction Services – HVAC Replacement Project
Veterans Inc., New England’s leading provider of support services to Veterans, is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified contractors for the replacement of the HVAC systems at its Headquarters Complex located at 69 Grove Street, Worcester, MA.
The project includes the installation of a new HVAC system and associated work as identified in the construction documents, including architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical (HVAC), and electrical components.
Request for Proposal (RFP) package will be available beginning July 8, 2026. Interested firms should contact the Owner’s Representative, AJ Mercier, at [email protected] to request an RFP package.
Veterans Inc. encourages proposals from all qualified firms and will conduct this procurement in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local procurement requirements.
Deadlines for proposal submission is Monday, August 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST.
Veterans Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the organization.
This procurement is funded by two Community Project Funding/Congressionally Directed Spending grants and administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and is subject to all applicable federal procurement requirements.
