WOMEN’S PROGRAM
Veterans Inc. provides comprehensive, client-centered services that support the specific needs of women in early recovery from substance abuse. We offer trauma-informed, gender-responsive care in safe, supportive environments at our facilities in Worcester and Shrewsbury, Massachusetts.
Our unique programming is designed to address the complex challenges that many women face, including those from substance use, co-occurring mental health issues, trauma, history of domestic violence, parenting concerns, and economic instability.
Continuum of Care for Women
Our continuum of care consists of inpatient stabilization, extended-stay residential rehabilitation, intensive outpatient programming, outpatient counseling, access to Medication Assisted Treatment, and for women Veterans, connection with a vast network of Veteran support services.
Each level of care incorporates evidence-based practices adapted for women specifically. By centering the voices, experiences, and strengths of women, we create an environment where healing, growth, and long-term recovery are truly possible.
Over the last two decades, Veterans Inc. has become the leading provider of supportive services to female Veterans.
